get home
find a quiet place.
start meditation, breathe in, breathe out. repeat this and tell yourself you are there to help people and do your job.

dont get angry because of those people . understand that they are in frustration .

wherever we work there will always be poeple like that, politics or not.

how bout this? try doing this, be nice to them even though they point to u at fault.

Look at this effect they will be touched.
if u cant, simply ignore and do your job and smile at them.

whatever it is, dont **** them. it will just hurt yourself in the long run as u work there.

Point, the word is spelled..
Stress is a mind thing, have a strong mind and it doesn’t bother you, if you like going to work where you are at, keep going, if you wake up and dred the day ahead.. Find another job. Life is too short, we spend the most working and sleeping. It should all be enjoyable..

spend more time with the residents talking to them instead of being around your co-workers.

Also, try venting your anger one time, maybe just poitely tell them off, that way, you have a sense of a personal victory and it’s not that bad. Don’t be rude to them, just tell them what they are doing is wrong, and tell them in a polite, yet firm attitude. Tell them they should be adults and not gossipy little teenage girls.

good luck

ignore their criticism, people always need to put others down to feel better about themselves. thats the reality. keep doin ur job as well as u cand and allow ur supervisor to critique you if theirs something u need to improve on.

Discuss the issue with your supervisors. Ask that the conversation be confidential, and explain the ways in which their behavior is negatively impacting not only your own performance, but others as well. Be direct, focused, and avoid making things personal.

if your supervisor does not address the situation in a timely manner, then take it up with the person above him/her. Ultimately, if you can overcome the stress, then find another job. It is likely that you will face the same thing everywhere you go, so weigh your options carefully.
