Anxiety Treatment

I’ve been on Ortho-TriCycline for 4 years, and as of 5-6 months ago I began having formless anxiety a few days before and a few days during my period. Could it have anything to do with my current birth control, and can anyone recommend a different method that might decrease the anxiety?
i did start birth control because i was passing out from cramps, all you abstinence people.

I have sever social anxiety and some depression. I have been taking sedatives which help with the anxiety a little but my anti depressants are not working. They are actually making me more depressed. any help with what kinds of medications will make me better?

Im a 19 year old girk and I have everything to live for (a suipportive mum and dad, great boyfriend, money, a university place etc)but I still feel unhappy.
Its like I cant ever relax or feel any sort of happy emotion any more. I am not going to the docs and getting any type of pill as they don’t work.
But does anyone know of any effecttive treatments for depression that dont require a doc? Is it possible to get out of this depression?
