Anxiety Treatment

I’ve been on Ortho-TriCycline for 4 years, and as of 5-6 months ago I began having formless anxiety a few days before and a few days during my period. Could it have anything to do with my current birth control, and can anyone recommend a different method that might decrease the anxiety?
i did start birth control because i was passing out from cramps, all you abstinence people.

I feel like I want to be pregnant so bad that I may be psyching myself out to think that I am having symptoms when really it may be anxiety causing all my symptoms. I had a negative test, but it was too early to test I think. Any suggestions for how to get past this anxiety part of TTC?

Admitedly mostly social question here, but felt like asking to get some ideas as well.

What do you do to relieve your anxiety when you’re feeling especially nervous? I’ve found that it’s a little easier to deal with as long as I can talk with other people. If I can get into a video game, that works very well to keep myself easy, but it’s harder to get into a game.

What activities help keep you calm when you’re anxious?
