Relief From Acid Reflux

So many people search for relief from acid reflux, it’s important to be able to treat this condition, otherwise known as GERD. Heartburn is very similar, with similar symptoms.
Acid indigestion is the excess of digestive juices in the stomach, including hydrochloric acid. These juices can flow up into the esophagus causing what is known as heartburn and a burning sensation in the throat. Symptoms can be very similar to those of a heart attack. It’s therefore important to understand the difference between the symptoms of acid reflux, and a heart attack.
This acid reflux tends to occur more frequently when a problem exists with the liver or kidneys. It is also produced from a bad combination of foods or when fruit or juice is consumed after eating meat of other heavy food. If you eat meat first, it takes a few hours to digest, thus impeding the fruit to ferment in the stomach, which in turn then produces indigestion and acidity.
The are many acid reflux treatments, but one of the ways of getting relief from acid reflux is to undergo a full body detox. People can do a home detox, again there is much information on this online, but whilst most people will look at acid reflux relief in isolation, a natural detox diet will go along way to solving the problem.
However, there are also medical remedies included in the latest treatment of acid reflux, though antacids have been used for years. In extreme circumstances, surgery is an option but obviously a natural detox diet is the ideal way to go, as this will have the added benefit of leaving you feeling brighter and lighter.
In conclusion therefore, whilst many people suffer what can be agony from acid reflux, there is both medication and natural treatment for acid reflux

I’ve been on Ortho-TriCycline for 4 years, and as of 5-6 months ago I began having formless anxiety a few days before and a few days during my period. Could it have anything to do with my current birth control, and can anyone recommend a different method that might decrease the anxiety?
